Daily Bon Jovi Yoga 2021

My very first practice of this project was with cd 2 from this special edition of These Days (19 March 2021) What will be your first album?

Daily Bon Jovi Yoga means I practice yoga with music Bon Jovi.
I tweet them, what I did and which music I used, to my personal Twitter account, and post them on Facebook.

My goal is to not just make my life better, by taking this daily time to listen to Bon Jovi and do yoga;
But to inspire others to do the same!

If you re new to yoga, you can take Yoga With Adriene classes on YouTube;
maybe with a Bon Jovi album on the background?!

During my decades in the yoga “industry”, I missed one thing dearly;
A vibe!
A mood!
If I started grumpy? Yoga only made it worse.

They say no one regrets a yoga practice; That showing up on the mat, always pays off.
Not for me.
The magic just didn’t work.

But Bon Jovi did!

Bon Jovi brought the spark back to yoga for me.
Maybe it will do the same for you!

And then we’ll both rock it till the day we die.

UPDATE JULY 2021:

I started Daily Bon Jovi Yoga making tweets about my daily practice, AND adding them here below!

In June I fell off the wagon: I did practice, but only occasionally.
And I never tweeted them although I noted them down in a journal.

I had the intention of adding those sessions here below, but the notes don’t make sense to me anymore and I have decided to make logging my practice more sustainable.

I will tweet my practice and post it to Facebook,
and perhaps more importantly, I will write as often as I can for this blog.
